Bring Your Baby classes, are specifically designed for new parents who want to work out with their little ones in toe.
We’ll use the kettlebells for resistance training, integral to building strength, and in pilates we’ll focus on those deep core muscles (pelvic floor included mums!) while stretching out those neglected but tight muscles.
BYB Kettlebell exercises are selected with safety in mind. early crawlers will need a buggy/car seat/pen to keep them and you safely exercising
BYB Pilates exercises are selected with your recovery in mind. Expect some baby interactions through the class, unless yours is an amazing sleeper of course!
These classes run in termly blocks and The class will last for 45 mins followed by free coffee & a quick social (we know you need it). If you need to feed, burp, rock or change little one mid class, go wild this is your safe space.
