We understand that everyone comes with unique fitness aspirations, challenges, and preferences, and perhaps differentiating us from other providers is our concern over the societal pressure that body image has on everyone, but particularly women.                                                                        With 12 years experience in the fitness industry we’ve witnessed women attempt to change, mould and re-shape their bodies to fit a desired beauty ideal, but our happiest clients get to a place where they appreciate their bodies for what they do for them. We’ll help you get there too while increasing your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength and mobility through personalised PT sessions at our fully private studio.

Expert Guidance

Basebox instructors are highly qualified and experienced in their fields, from a masters in sport and exercise science to 20+ years of teaching Yoga and Pilates and between us we cover the various fitness disciplines, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional movements, and more. We will ensure that you perform each exercise with proper form and technique, minimising the risk of injury and maximising results.

Consistency is key when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, and our personal trainers are here to provide the accountability and motivation you need. They will hold you accountable to your workouts, ensuring that you stay on track even when the going gets tough. Our trainers will cheer you on, celebrate your achievements, and keep you motivated throughout your fitness journey.

Flexibility and Convenience

We understand that life can get busy. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options for our Personal Training sessions. Whether you prefer to train early mornings or late evenings, our trainers will work with you to find a time that suits your schedule. We want to minimise your barriers to exercise so where child care is an issue, we have space for you to bring your baby, toddler or older child and we'll rock the pram or help to entertain  where we needed so you can focus on exercising. Each training session will take place in our private fitness studio, equipped with a squat rack, Kettlebells, and a variety of fitness equipment to keep your training fun, interesting and varied.

Transparent Pricing

Single one off 60min sessions are charged at £55

Monthly packages are £190 for 4 sessions (ideally one 60 min session week) any extra sessions over 4 a month are charged at £40

Regular PT clients can also take advantage of discounted class passes as we recommend taking one or two classes a week on top of your pt session to support your training goals.
