All services purchased from Basebox London Ltd. must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a PAR-q form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation.
All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.
The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Basebox London Ltd., its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES

• 12 month Subscription Packages (‘Base 12’ and ‘Base Unlimited 12’) last for 12 months from the date of sign up. By signing up clients are agreeing to pay Basebox London Limited £28 or £45 a month for 12 months continuously. After the 12 month period the subscription will automatically come to and end and clients will have the option to re-sign up.

• Where illness or injury prevents clients taking classes, freezing subscriptions may be possible with doctor’s note

• For Subscription Packages valid for 4 classes per month ('Base 12’ and ‘Base Rolling’) any 4 regular timetabled adult classes may be taken per person within any given month.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Payment for all classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your place

• Class passes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any classes left on the passes after the 90 day period will be lost.

• Cancellations within 8 hours of a booked class will not be refunded

• Under 18’s (kids) class packages are valid for the term they are purchased for only and missed classes cannot be rolled over to subsequent terms

• Class credit will be kept when cancellations are made before 8 hours of a booked class.

• There are no cash refund
